Angela Carter
Angela Carter is a fine arts teacher at Hanover County Public Schools in Ashland, Virginia. She currently teaches art enrichment at three elementary schools. Angela received her BFA from Longwood University with a concentration in printmaking and book arts. Angela is a licensed Art Educator certified to teach Pre K-12th grade. For thirteen years, Angela taught elementary art in Prince George, Virginia. During the summers there, she regularly designed and instructed mixed media courses in the PGCPS Summer Enrichment Programs and Summer Fine Arts Academy (Program for Artistically Advanced Students). When not teaching, Angela has a passion for the outdoors. She loves to practice the art of plein-air painting while hiking with her husband. She also enjoys bicycling on the Capital Trail near her home.
