This book contains four sections. The first part describes popular music and several genres, then introduces the reader to the role of a producer. The second part includes four lessons/worksheets that can be used as classroom lectures or supplemental material. The third section provides ideas and resources to help educators create assignments or complete lessons. In addition, the book contains a producer glossary with information on over 40 music producers and four cross-curricular ideas for projects and lessons.
