We Are Nashville is a musical work written to inspire a sense of belonging, love, and unity for the communities of Nashville, TN. Originally commissioned for a local Music Festival, this piece has been performed by the Nashville Symphony, received a regional Emmy for its performance in 2021 and is enjoyed annually by K-12 music ensembles throughout Middle TN. It is truly an anthem for music city with arrangements to fit any ensemble, and a melody to be enjoyed and/or performed by all. The lyric has been intentionally written to make it easy to comprehend and sing for an adult and or child vocalist. We Are Nashville can be performed with a full orchestra and choir, with choir and piano accompaniment, and also with younger voices and piano accompaniment.
